iBizNerv follows a standard, codified project management framework, incorporating best practices from the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge. In general, we break down the project life cycle into six phases, around which we have structured our services:

  Requirements Analysis :

During requirements analysis, we will perform a rigorous requirements gathering process, which involves business process analysis and high-level use case identification. From the business processes and use cases, we derive detailed requirements that are documented for each use case and reviewed separately by quality assurance staff to ensure they can be tested later and are quantifiable. This results in better, more clearly defined requirements, which are then outlined in a specification document that you can then use as the blueprint for the design.

Design :
      Data model and database design
      System architecture design
      Application design

Once your detailed requirements specification is drawn up, the next step is design, which transforms the requirements into a set of software functions. The design team uses specialized software that lets them to build a comprehensive design document directly from the requirements specification that will guide the developers throughout the development process. The design activity also includes a data model and design, and, for customers with specific implementation requirements, a system architecture design that provides the basis for hardware and software planning and acquisition to support planned operations.

Development :
      Database development

      Systems/Enterprise integration
      Quality assurance testing
      Configuration management

Construction of the software begins at this phase and involves building the applications and database following appropriate standards. Our goal at this stage is to ensure that your solution

Deployment :
      Deployment planning
      System installation
      Acceptance testing
      Performance validation, testing, and tuning
      Training

Your software structure comes together as a whole at this phase. Hardware is procured, and your software and applications are installed into your operational environment and tested to ensure that they perform as required. Multiple steps of testing occur both in the development environment and on-site by the Professional Services quality assurance (QA) team. The QA team tests the functionality of the solution to remove defects and ensure that the complete set of requirements is met. At this stage, we also conduct training. Online and/or hard-copy technical documentation and operation instructions for using the system are prepared to allow you to run the system when the project is complete. When your solution meets the agreed-upon acceptance criteria, it is deployed as a live system.

Operations and Maintenance :
      Technical support
      Performance monitoring
      Systems maintenance
      Software maintenance

During this phase, we will help you implement a support plan that will allow you to respond effectively to changing user and technology needs. The goal is to develop the expertise of your employees and ensure viability of the system into the future. Based on the identified performance baseline and metrics, we will develop administrative procedures to streamline system tuning. We will also help you design a maintenance plan for your geo database and a process for managing system enhancement requests.
